"You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream" -C.S Lewis

A new year comes with new hopes and aspirations, resolutions are made, major events are planned for the year . I try to look at the year ahead and plan tentatively in January. This year I'm looking forward to my older son graduating high school and younger one moving up to High School and this calls for a celebratory trip to remember their milestones. Hopefully, I should get working on it soon enough but amongst other things I'm looking forward to, is a Spring garden and preparation for it begins right now. It involves getting seeds sown and if the temperature continues to dip then, it has to be started indoors. The seeds come in packages with information on the number of days to germinate and days it will take to harvest. Thus, the gardener can look forward to the fruit of her labor in due time.

Similarly we folks have goals set for ourselves so we can see our accomplishments and improvements. Working with children of different age groups over a period of 27 years helps me have a better understanding of their 'soil type' and in keeping with their age I like to sow seeds of kindness, gentleness, love and things not taught but are sought after like work ethics, being a great listener, communicator, being a team player. Gardening is hard work and requires skill and patience and so is teaching.

Meena Ma'am is real inspiration and a true exemplary example of consistency and hard-work.

I have myself seen her struggle and unending passion towards achieving her burden and desire of building her own "Charlotte's Web Learning Center & Daycare".

She has an excellent skill set of dealing with babies and toddlers with immense motherly love and comfort.
